Broken after second play
This shark was so fun for my grandson! He first played with it in the bathtub to learn the remote, then in the pool. After playing with it in the pool, the little propellers that make it go were malfunctioning. So sad, this shark was dead in the water. The good news is that I was able to get a replacement very quickly. I will be returning the faulty one.A nice feature is that they supply 2 batteries so we had one charging while he played with it and then swapped out the one for the other for continued play.It is really fun when it works!

Gave to my 5 year old grandson. It's his favorite toy in the pool.

Returning
Out of the box the toy ran pretty good for about 20 minutes before it required an additional charge. The battery charging is the main issue with this item. It comes with two small battery packs. Each one has a set of wires with a small plastic cartridge that plugs into the toy and to a USB adapter for charging. The connection to the toy is fine, but the connection to the charging adapter is very loose and the pins do not stay lined up without manually holding the connection in place. Without a proper charge this shark is dead in the water. Nobody should be expected to either hold the connection together or have to continually monitor the indicator light to make sure the connection is good.Overall, the toy looks pretty cool when it’s swimming, but for $30+ the expectation was a little higher for the quality of the electronics. This thing presents itself more like a toy you could find at 5 Below (no offense to that store). The price point is outrageous for the build quality. It’s being returned with great disappointment.
