Q: Where is the astm # and the nsf # on this product?

There is none of the two, although it says it is commercial I couldn’t find the stamps myself. Si if you are using it for your business you might want to get something with the approval seal.

Q: I just installed this and it is leaking from the drain spigot. Has anyone else had this issue?

If it is leaking from inside the spigot, it’s not shut off all the way or it is defective. If it’s leaking from around the spigot you probably forgot to put the gasket or O-ring on when you installed it or it could be on the wrong side meaning inside or outside I can’t remember

Q: I will have dish washer along with sink water going into it,will HOT water effect its operation at all?

Dear Customer: No, hot water does not affect its effectiveness.

Q: How do you clean this? Can it be installed under a household kitchen sink?

It is very difficult to clean the edges are razor sharp. I wouldn’t recommend for under sink due to the fact drain pipe does not fasten to the inlet and the drain plug is insufficient for its purpose gets clogged very easy .
