Invaluable for our pizza business
I run an award winning mobile Neapolitan pizza business. This mill is invaluable when prepping our tomato base. It cuts down mess and time compared to hand crushing with less waste and a great consistency.Using either the medium or coarse plate gives excellent results.Add a little sea salt when blended and it’s all done.Our mill has been used about 100 times prepping 3kg San Marzano tomatoes and works as well now as day 1. I wouldn’t recommend putting the actual mill in the dishwasher as the tension spring should be kept as dry as possible.
