It just needed a new battery! Beautiful illustrations and a great choice of songs. Really good vocal quality and easily understood lyrics, which are also printed in the book. We have other Kidsbooks sound books and they are much larger so I thought this one would be too. The size of the book itself is 7 inches by 7 inches with the sound panel adding a couple more inches to the width. The size of the book is fine for the nursery rhymes but because it is a search and find book, some of the animals to be "found" are really quite small a bit harder for a toddler to actually find them. I know our little one will become more observant and will be able to find these easier when she grows a little more, but I thought it important to point out. I looked for the size of the book in the product page and none was listed so I just thought this would be larger like our other Kidsbooks.
