I've owned the phone for a few months now. Here is my honest review. Battery is a all day battery, I have no problems answering phone calls and texting all day and even watching TikTok and browsing social media. The camera itself is really nice, however the camera tends to get blurry the farther you zoom in to take photos which I understand it doesn't have a long range camera which is OK. The selfie camera in front of the unit is awesome, not many phones have great selfie cameras and it's actually surprising. Now for people claiming it comes with color OS. It does not. It comes with Oxygen OS 12 (Android 12), Color OS is only non US Models. Now I'm a T-Mobile customer, I know TMobile has MMWave Technology, and this phone does not have it. The one thing that really makes up for that is that it can do 5G Support or 4G LTE Support, now 90% of areas I'm in have the 5g support down here in South West Florida. When I'm in towns or busy business areas, doing speed tests on the T-Mobile network, I've gotten between 40 Mbps download to 700 Mbps in select areas and 30 upload to 80 upload which is more then enough and even faster then Xfinity internet...... That I'm paying for in my house..... Honestly going from 4G Support to 5G support on the T-Mobile network really shocked me in coverage and speeds. This phone does support lots of 5g bands and even 4g bands. Now besides network connectivity, battery and the camera this is one solid phone. I came from a Samsung S10+. Now before buying this phone I got the pleasure to play around with the S22 and the One Plus 10 Pro, depending on the deals going on value per dollar will vary. I ended up going with the One Plus 10 Pro since the price, the battery is comparable to the S22 Ultra and is a solid phone. I will give it 4.5 stars due to the zoom features being alittle lack luster. Everything else is solid on the phone. Please note that the One Plus 10 Pro US Model only has one sim card slot, and only supports 65 Watts. At the time of purchase it said 85 watts which is not true. Only the non US Model at this time has 85 Watts and dual sim capabilities.A newer one plus 10 is coming out featuring more ram and more storage so keep an eye out for that too. It may also have more features.

This phone is like a well-designed pocket knife.. it has many tools and all of them are easily accessible and execute well.. the phone is incredibly fast and smooth.. something that my V60 was getting harder at day in and day out... When Amazon listed this device at 549, I ran out of excuses not to pick it up...The cameras on the phone are more than adequate and I consider myself a fairly competent photographer.. 4K and 8K video is stunning... Battery charging is insanely fast.. better than anything I've ever seen before obviously.. 15 minutes at an airport kiosk will get you up to speed with the supplied 65 watt charger.. just make sure you use the cable that comes with it.. some skinny little cheese cable from the 99 cent store is not going to cut it..The phone is also just the right size.. much lighter and smaller than my v60.. it's a wolf in sheep's clothing and the price is great!You're definitely going to want to purchase a phone case and screen protector.. remember to redo your fingerprint scan or not even set it up until after you get the screen protector on.. many have complained about the fingerprint reader AFTER they have applied a screen protector.. that's not the phone's fault... Just delete the old fingerprint and rescan it with the screen protector in place! It's not that hard.Update* I've had the phone for a little over 3 weeks now and am still very impressed with it... I get all of the buzz and criticism about camera performance but I have to say again this phone's cameras are beyond adequate. Performance remains seemless and smooth, with no lag apparent despite multiple apps / functions running together. All in all a great phone at a great price.

My husband has the same phone & recommended it for me. It's compatible with AT&T but I have had a few glitches to work out. Overall it's a good phone at an affordable price but can't say it's the best purchase I've made

Hands down best cell ever, mainly due to the Warp Charging!! It charges so insanely fast it literally will change your life! It is also has a very durable casing and screen, I am highly impressed. Some other brand would have to do something absolutely crazy to get me to ever turn away from using these cell phones!

I had one of these and one day realized. this is the longest I have ever owned a phone without any issue. It seems that oneplus goes way beyond other manufaturers and keeps their phones up to date with latest android long after the model has moved on. I gave mine to my daughter who seems to go through phones like tissue paper and she has now owned it longer than any phone she has ever had. I bought another for my spouse and another for one of my other kids. I dont know if all OnePlus devices are this good but this one definitely seems to be an amazing one. not only rugged but the camera is fantastic, the usability fast and responsive. just an over all amazing phone. Highly recommend you get a magsafe case for it and a magesafe charger stand. so easy to just slap it on the stand at night and let it charge wirelessly.

After having this phone for a while I must say I would definitely never recommend this phone nor probably any other ones from this manufacturer to anyone. Time and again little things seem to disappoint me or lead into some gigantic frustration that makes me just want to throw the phone at the wall.From random touch screen issues to the fact that the fingerprint sensor decides to work when it wants to leads to making this phone One of the worst I have purchased in a long time. I had one of the previous smartphones and honestly I pretty much loved it. Didn't really have that many issues with it for the time that I used it and at the time I probably would have recommended it to friends and family. So I thought it would be smart to upgrade to the new 10 pro. Definitely notMy touch screen if it gets a tiny droplet of water on it will react like it is my finger. I am actually had tasks that I am trying to do cleared off the screen or ended by a raindrop. Never before have I ever had an issue like this with a previous phone in fact I had phones that would let you tell it you were going into a wet environment so that it wouldn't have mis touches. This one instead gives you a ton of mis touches and has even cost me money The exact opposite of why I bought it.Then we can get onto the issue with the ram. This phone always runs hot and slow no matter what I do. I have removed pretty much every single app from it besides the core ones and that I need for work to try and see if that would fix it, still somehow it uses 14 GB of RAM all the time. The extra that I added to it and that which is stock I'm still baffled and don't understand how it's always using that much RAM.And on top of that it's got to be one of the most fragile glass phones that I've seen. It makes iPhones look durable so I definitely would not recommend this phone to anybody ever.

Love d the phone, have been a OnePlus user for years, but this phone didn't last a year. I'm writing this on my OnePlus tablet which is top of the line.

Upgraded from the OnePlus 7t. I really like these phones. The picture quality is perfect and you can take beautiful pictures that look professional. Adjustable screen brightness, it gets extremely bright I usually have mine on auto. It connects flawlessly to WiFi and Bluetooth. It is pretty fast speed wise. I have the 128gb storage and have plenty of room. I was hesitant about drop protection, but I've dropped it countless times and I'm still good to go. Make sure you get a good screen protector and case to help protect it. My old 7t I had for 5 years and I dropped in Walmart and it shattered the screen and it was unusable. Still overall happy with the brand ,I will be upgrading to newer versions when i upgrade phones.

El equipo llegó muy rápido con sus sellos en caja intactos lo que me deja tranquilo que es un producto nuevo, lo único que no fue de mi agrado es que el paquete en el que venía el producto los sellos de Amazon estaban rotos lo cual en un principio me preocupo pero al abrirlo todo venía correcto, quiero imaginar que como es un producto de importación lo revisan en aduana.En cuanto al funcionamiento me impresionó la velocidad y potencia de este OnePlus 10 Pro realmente es un Gama Alta llevo tiempo usando teléfonos de OnePlus y este me encantó, mi celular anterior era un OnePlus 8 y al usar este OnePlus 10 se nota la gran diferencia, lo que más me gustó fueron las cámaras toman unas excelente fotos no le pide nada a los Samsung Gama Alta y su carga ultra rápida me carga el equipo de 0 a 100 en aprox. 40 minutos.Lo que no me gustó del OnePlus 10 fue su sonido está un poco más bajo de lo que esperaba ya que el OnePlus 8 tiene mejor sonido y se escucha más fuerte, pero aún así se escucha bien en música y vídeos.La compatibilidad de redes celulares de este modelo OnePlus 10 Pro (NE2215) aquí en México lo probé con Telcel Funciona bien, Movistar falla bastante, AT&T Funciona bien.El equipo viene con Android 12 y se actualizo al Android 13 al conectarlo a internet.El Wifi tiene un excelente alcance en este equipo.La batería dura bastante aún con un uso intenso.En general el equipo cumplió con mis espectativas lo compre directamente con Amazon Estados Unidos salvo el detalle de la caja de Amazon que estaban rotos sus sellos es completamente seguro adquirir este equipo y tienes la seguridad de que el celular es completamente nuevo y de que funciona aquí en México.

El equipo es muy bello! Lo que no me gustó fue que no trae memoria expandible, ni doble sim y para la calidad del equipo que es vería de ser más amplio y no estar tan topado.Devolví el equipo porque no me funcionaría así, tengo dos líneas actualmente y el proveedor recibió el paquete el 15 de enero, ya estamos a casi 24 y es momento que no me han echo el reembolso. Ya no se si estás políticas de reembolso son tardías por parte del proveedor o de Amazon pero ya no me convence del todo hacer compras en Amazon, ya no hay seguridad y proceso eficaz en cuanto a devoluciones ya es un dolor de cabeza y esperar a que ellos digan cuando te devuelven el dinero.Pésimo servicio.Me siento enfadada.
