We have afternoon sun on one side of our porch and it can be bright and hot. We tried bamboo shades which worked well blocking the sun but the wind blew them all over the place. We couldn't figure out any way to keep them anchored. We decided to try these curtains and we love them. We gathered them to the center of each curtain and then tied them to a post on our porch rail. This has worked well for us to keep them from blowing in the wind. We ordered the orange and the color is still vibrant after being in the sun, rain, and wind for several months. They serve the purpose of blocking the sun and they're beautiful too. Just my opinion, but I believe these curtains would work well inside also.

Curtain arrived very quickly as promised, packing was done very well, no damage. Quality is actually better than I expected based on the price. A good surprise! Blocks the sun very well but still allows light through. Wrinkles from shipping just hung right out, ironing is not needed. Great product, would buy again.
