Short story: Very comfortable, definitely worth it for me, I used it for my first ever triathlon and definitely glad I got it, so I did not have to change during the transitions. I am not an enthusiastLong story:I wore this for a reverse (will be relevant later) sprint triathlon and it was great. It was comfortable. For me, the fit was snug but not too snug to the point of uncomfortableness during the running. And it was not a loose snug to where I felt like it was going slide down if I had anything in the pockets. Speaking of the pockets, they performed marvelously. In fact, it was comfortable during the 5k running portion, which came first (remember, reverse tri instead of the regular progression). I had my phone in the pocket section the whole time and I hardly noticed it. Then, came the biking portion and the phone didn't have any issues staying while I was pedaling and sometimes at high cadence since there was a lot of uphill and I had to stay on lower gear. No issues with it sliding out or anything of the sort. And the padding was sufficient to keep my behind from hurting on the 8.2 mile biking portion. However, by the time I finished the running and biking, I had totally forgotten about having my phone in the pocket and I jumped into the pool with it. Impressively, it stayed in the pocket throughout the first half of the swim before I remembered I had it in there, reached into the pocket, got my phone out, and placed it on the edge of the pool, and went my merry way to finish the rest of the swim. I was definitely happy with these shorts because I did not want to wear board shorts or straight up competitive swimwear (jammers) for both the run and the bike portion since those were first. All in all, I am happy I got this and it definitely made my first triathlon enjoyable.

Size feels correct. Not too tight in any spot. Feeld like they stretched after a few uses and washes (air dry). Could/should have bought a smaller size.

Great short for the money can't go wrong with this one. They have enough cushion and dry fast. And for the run you don't even feel them.

I did my first triathlon this year and these shorts were perfect. I used one pair during 16 weeks of training (all outside swims) and one pair just for race day. The shorts held up fantastically - no stretching, tears, wearing, or thinness after 16 weeks of training (alternating workouts with a different brand for testing purposes). I ran, swam, and biked in these shorts. They were comfortable under a wetsuit, provided the support I was looking for on the bike, but still felt smooth and comfortable for the run. Love the outside mesh pockets too for easy access to gels and hydration tabs. I've started using these shorts for Spartan races and straight running events too - great purchase, exceeded expectations.

For the price, these are really great. I have used them for all of my triathlon training. They are very comfortable.

I didn't know what to expect from these shorts. I signed up for my first triathlon and needed these for the event. They fit create without sagging or pinching, were easy to swim in, dried during the bike and no chaffing during the run. I'm very happy with these and recommend them

Overall these were a win for my first sprint triathalon, but as shown the lettering (which isnt too important) is falling off already after only one training swim and the triathalon. Bike pad didnt feel like it didnt much to cushion the ride, but I have to assume if it was mych thicker or did more it would probably make the run more uncomfortable. Id say these are a good value for the money, but id like to put more use on them to see if the seams start chafing or material breaks down, as the lettering may be an indicator of subpar quality control.

Nice level of compression, pocket for a cell phone, and the seat padding. You don't need to be a triathlete to like and use these shorts. I even wear them for soccer.

I cycle everyday and try to do brick work twice a week. I decided to give these a try as the price seemed good and I was very pleased. They are comfortable, fit nicely, have useful pockets on the side (a first for me) and even a string to tie them should you be worked of them sliding off during a swim or other. The leg length is nice too. I'm 6'1" and the arrive a few inches above my knees.A good purchase, I strongly recommend them.

I got these yesterday and wore them for a short bike ride, short swim and short run. They look good, seem well-made and fit well. They are super comfortable. The pockets fit an iPhone 7 really well and it is really comfortable on the run. I will look at getting their jammers too as the price is reasonable.
