Perfect fit! Good for workout
It fits me well! Helped me sweat a lot in a workout. I feel I burn led more calories. Will wear it for every workout!

Hm not sure
Ok so I had bought a previous sauna sweat vest and I bought a small one so I figured I would buy an extra small since the small one is a little bit bigger then what I would want it to be but my other one adjusts so it wasn't a huge big deal to me. This one does not adjust and it is still looser on my waist then what I would like it to be, to the extent that I can put my other sauna sweat vest under this one and am still able to put both arms in between my stomach and the sweat vest. I am 5 foot 4 and 140 pounds so I am not a small person. That in mind this item only covers below my bra line to about 1/2 inch below my belly button. Judging from the picture I was under the impression that it would cover down to at least my hips. I am contemplating sending this back.
