Bought for my cat
I bought this as a kind of joke to frame a picture of my cat as all of my co-workers have their kids pictures all over the place. I figured a big elaborate frame for my silly cat would be the perfect accent for my desk. The frame was actually really gorgeous and made my silly cat picture look way better than I intended it to.

Almost Gawdy, but I like It!
I didn't have a problem with glue sticking to glass, as other reviewers have mentioned. It was easy to place a Photo inside this frame. However, it does have a somewhat chemical smell (maybe from that dreaded GLUE) that I hope will dissipate. Other than that, the Frame is nice, but it is hovering on the line between elegant and gawdy.
