Bodymould Memory Foam Mattress Topper with Cover, 4 Inch, UK Super King

First opened packaging and was faced by an horrendous chemical odour.Placed on bed and set up etc.Slept for 2hrs then woke up really hot..... this foam does not breathe at all.... I also had the headache from Hell from the fumes coming off the foam.The fumes had now basically gone all over the house.......I had no choice but to get it out the house..... so now it's in a wheely bin in the garden.Impossible to return as its now much bigger than its packaging.What a waste of nearly £70 but I guess I'll just have to lose the cash.Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.

It lasted 2 days and I had to remove it - from the room mid sleep. It didn't leave the packaging for about 1 year as i was moving about. But when i did put it on the bed it was mis-shapen and uneven. Letting it breathe and using it in it's bumpy state helped the mattress even out. By the 2nd day it was very comfortable and the only reason it lasted as long as it did. It was definately not king size as ordered but a double so didn't fit the bed properly - a big mark against it. But from the very beginning and the reason it was taken off the bed and even removed from the room was the toxic smell. Even with letting it breathe and covered with sheets and more breathing the smell was overpowering. To the point the windows were open because of the smell but the heating was on because of the cold air. As soon as it was out of the room and the smell left through the windows i realised how strong, toxic and sickening it was. If i could give negative stars for odour i would -5. Fit would be 0 stars but comfort wise 5 stars.

OK so waited a few nights to try this, no chemical smell on mine and stretched out in a couple of hours, i have a slipped disk in the lower part of my back that keeps popping out now and again but causes constant pain (especially in the mornings) there is no review to put apart from i slept for 12 hours the first night and 12 on the second (unheard of) i was still in pain in the morning but that is just normal but at least i didn't need to roll out of bed sideways i could just sit up, its worth paying the bit more for this 4" high density model as i did a lot of research before buying (no body has £100 to chuck away) so would recommend this 100%

Although it says on Amazon that this is memory foam, I soon discovered once it arrived that this wasn't. It's basically a big sheet of foam with no bodymoulding properties. Far too soft as well, you basically sink into it and nearly roll out the bed. Amazon should check product listings more carefully

My experience is rexactly the same as CG Robinson's. This is not memory foam and , wjth two in the bed, causes a risge in the centre that almost forces the sleepers to the edge of the bed. Not impressed.

I bought this topper not as good as it’s made out to be it just keeps sliding on my mattress very disappointed

This is a poor product that seems good at first but bends massively over time. It isn’t even cut properly, mine has a wonky shape. It slides to one side and off the bed. It’s a glorified piece of cheap sponge.

bodymould memory foam mattress topper with cover. arrived promptly king-size memory foam mattress topper. it came boxed and had instructions with it. leaving it to stretch and air minimum two hours if you can four to six hours is good as an example a new carpet will give off an odor smell its the same with a memory foam mattress topper leave it fully stretched out to expand naturally in your bedroom with an open window to air and breath. gets rid of the slight smell fast. i have no problems with the memory foam mattress topper it was authentic and boxed. yes i would recommend it. and think its good value for money. if needed i would by this brand again.
