Nice Quality Notebook
Bought a couple of these to use in place of a much more expensive leather notebook I also had. They're absolutely lovely to use. Thick paper, decent faux leather, sturdy feeling when carrying and using, and lots of pages to write on compared to other notebooks in this price range. I think I'll be buying a bunch to use in the future!Definitely recommend to those looking for an affordable notebook which looks great.

First review I’ve written in ages!
These notebooks are superb and well worth the money. They look great and the paper quality is fab. Look way more expensive than they are. An absolute bargain!

Incredible value for the price
I purchased this notebook in February and now (April) I've been filling pages nonstop, I am very picky when it comes to paper quality and this notebook feels like heaven to write on: I also use watercolours, gouache, and acrylic paint and while it does buckle it holds way more water than I imagined, granted the pigment lays a little weird but that's expected, it still is perfect for mixed media journaling, including wax seals, lots of glue and mod podge.I used a ton of water that many times went through the binding and one would expect it to start breaking but it is holding up so well. Needless to say I will most likely buy it again, you cannot go wrong with this one.

Budget friendly fountain pen friendly journal by Lemome
I bought this because despite the brand name, it looked to me like a Lemome journal, and that's exactly what it is.At £5.99 this journal is a bargain. It is a Lemome A5 notebook with true lay-flat binding, a pen loop on the spine, and a deep rear pocket for notes and ephemera. Strong elastic binder tie to hold the cover closed, and one ribbon for marking your page. It comes with a sheet of 6 colour coded sticker tabs (slipped between the pages) and a white 'I'm A Gift' cardboard gift box. The ruled version has 7mm line spacing with no gutters or margins, just room top and bottom for headings/footers. Pages are not numbered and there's no contents section. The 120 gsm paper is thick enough to prevent any ghosting or showthrough from ink, so you can write on both sides of the sheet. I tested it with my wettest fountain pen inks and it coped with them perfectly, no bleed-through or feathering, even with flex and firehose nibs. Paper finish is smooth but not slippery, and drying time is better than Leuchtturm or Midori paper. It's more ivory than Leuchtturm but not as yellow as Midori paper (see attached photo comparing it with a bleached white envelope). It shows shading and shimmer well, and a decent amount of sheen from sheening inks. It doesn't have the coating of high-sheening papers like Regalia or Tomoe River, but the upside is better drying time and less smudging. It has a pleasant smooth texture for pencils, close to Bristol Board. It isn't heavyweight enough to handle watercolour or very wet paint without a bit of buckling. The ruled version has dashed grey lines, which make them visually less obtrusive, ideal for lighter-coloured inks. For bullet journalling, note that while most of the pages line up perfectly across a double spread, there were some pages where the ruling was mismatched. Around 5% in the example I had.In terms of quality, I had no issues. The construction and paper quality are far better than Lamy and WHSmith Moderna notebooks, both of which cost more. The corners and ribbon were better finished than on the Endless Recorder, which costs over £20. As far as I can tell, Lemome is no longer in business, so I don't know how long these will be around for.

Perfect for writers
The pages are durable, preventing the ink from bleeding, and ideal for heavy writing. It includes handy sticker markers for organisation, a synthetic leather cover that adds sophistication, and a pen loop for convenience. The notebook also features an elastic closure and a pocket for extra papers. I highly recommend it for its quality and design.
