A solid middle ground
I have really small ear canals and had trouble getting the Truthear REDs to stay in my ear. I found that the small Moondrop Mistips (foam) would help keep the IEM from falling out, but I hate how foam tips feel, and they would cause my ears to burn after removing them on the REDs just due to the nozzle being so large. These Render tips have the comfort of a silicone tip and the added friction of a foam tip which did help make the REDs wearable for longer before they would start to slip. It hasn’t alleviated the issue completely, but there is only so much you can due when cursed with small ear holes. These are definitely a noticeable improvement.I did also try these with the BLON JoJos, an IEM that sits on the other extreme of being too small. The way that IEM fits in my small ear canals push the included tips up against the inner wall of my ear and partially blocks some of the sound. Unfortunately, the render tips are still too long and partially (or in the case of my left ear completely) block out the sound with that particular IEM. I have only had luck with the Moondrop Spring tips for that particular IEM.All of mine seemed to be build consistently with an adequate amount of foam. I had read some users where having some issues with quality control, but my experience was just fine. Not sure if I got a good batch or if the production has just improved since release.Overall, with the right IEM, these work well and are quite comfortable. I would recommend giving them a try.

Better than I expected!
These are great. Provides the comfort of silicon but the fit of foam. I use them to play games and they have replaced my daily driver

Perfect new fit in foams for me!
I love the new design and fit that these offer for me! The Large feel as if they were made specifically for my ears too luckily. My only wish is that they had some type of wax screen to protect between the earphone and that which is produced by our ears already. Then all that would be needed instead of the maintenance of cleaning the way off of the earphone screen is the routine replacement of the foam eartip. These are great and are the perfect cross between sounds of silicone and foam eartips, definitely win/win, for the win. LolEspecially a value at the price they are and they are very stable if they fit your ear, but I can see the need for inbetween sizes such as ML and SM to cover the gaps as these might get deformed to meet those needs. I bought a set of earphones that included a mutisized pack of these tips so I could choose the right sized tip for me, so if this is your first purchase, please purchase the small medium and large multi tip set too. It will be worth it to know your correct size. These isolate way better than Comply in their Large, which I usually wear, but those are a little softer which I now feel the softness is a slight detriment. But the addition of the outer silicone is a very large plus that is done very well just needing the in-between sizes users they don't quite fit with traditional sizes. I think stability of staying in your ears is about the same as Comply if you have the right fit of both brands.I like them both, with an edge towards these.

Please release more size options!
Unfortunately for me, my earhole size is usually closer to a ML. I can usually get away with using a large with a lot of eartips so long as their sides are on the flimsy side since it doesn't add enough pressure to cause enough discomfort. My left side is just a tad bit bigger so the large fits comfortably with no issues, but large causes slight pain to my right side. I did try stepping a size down to a medium but that was way too small for me and didn't provide a seal at all. These ear tips would have been perfect for me if there was an ML size. The extra pressure provided by the foam makes for a need to have a more exact fit for comfort. I'll give it a few more days to see if my ears could just used to it since I want to be able use these as one of my ear tips that I go for due to the seal and sound. If I still find it uncomfortable, then I'll just have to pray that they release more sizes in the future.Sizing issues aside, these ear tips provided great isolation and seal with the foam, and great sound response that comes from the silicone outer.

QC Rendered These Tips Useless
The idea is great but the application is super inconsistent. Only one pair, the Large, wasn’t deformed. The foam had receded and wasn’t even covering one of them. Others were partially made that way. It was a hot mess. Sorry for no pics. It’s REALLY unfortunate. I was so looking forward to trying them but the quality wasn’t good. I didn’t waste my time. Not even with the one pair that wasn’t defective. I just packed up for return and bought some Sprin Fits later. I have comfortable foam Ear tips, from Dakoni, that are very good. Sorry Zeos, I wanted to try your collab product, but the QC is pretty so hit or miss.

Great fit!
I'm using these with my FatFreq Scarlet Mini, and they fit perfectly. I love the hybrid approach, they make for a better seal than most silicone tips, without the durability concerns of foams. I wish I could use one of the colored tips though, but unfortunately they don't fit in my ears, so black it is,

Great, but get the S-M-L version if you are not sure of your size
Pairing these with my Crinical Project Red IEMs. I have to go with the smallest tips that come with the Project Reds to get any bass performance. Even though the other tips seal well, the low end is way too thin even for rock/metal. The smallest tips sound great, but they are not comfortable,The smallest Render tips not only feel comfortable, but add an even better bass response without sounding muddy or over powered. I made the mistake of trying the red ones first and I think I might have ruined one of them trying to get it off the massive Project Red nozzles. Not a big deal because there is no way those tips will ever fit my ears.If these things hold up, I will definitely be buying more, but probably the small version exclusively. I have such a hard time getting a good distorted guitar tone on budget IEMS, but these tips are getting me to where I want the tone to be. Great stuff.
