I love that you can purchase this in different sizes. Works really nicely. I love that there are extra options for getting into the safe if the batteries are dead or you forget the code. The ONLY thing I would change would be the handle you turn to open and close it. It is plastic. The handle was a bit more sturdy. This would be a great safe for at home. I have it at work where we get into it at least 3 times a day so I am a little worried about how well the handle will hold up. So far so good!! Have had it for about two weeks now.

Hello, I need your help. I bought this safe a couple months back. I just now tried to open it but it was locked and I can’t seem to find instructions anywhere to get into the safe. I don’t have the code nor any instructions of any kind. Would you be able to tell me how to get into the safe and send me instruction manual and/or the code?Very much appreciate your help. Although it looks nice and is the perfect size, without this basic stuff (code & instructions) the safe useless and takes up space.Please help!

The safe is of low quality minimum steel gage. The safe wobbles when moved around. I doubt that it is water resistant or fire resistant. the key lock trim on the inside tray came off when I used the key to open it. I would not recommend wasting your money. Research American made and consider the gage of the metal for sturdiness. Lots of good companies for higher quality. You get what you pay for!

I like this safe. Easy to use, easy for me to hide away, and I sleep better at night knowing my items won't be destroyed in a fire or stolen from a welcome visitor.But I was expecting something a bit more... Solid, rugged,heavier? Then again, I don't know much about safes.

The product is certainly useable and I would recommend it despite the following shortcomings. As to being water proof, the walls seem to be so, but the mounting holes would let water in if the box is caught in a flood and is submerged in water. The product should include material to plug the holes that are not is use. As to being fire proof, I have to take their word for it. The instruction manual is adequate to understand the installation and use of the box, but the translation from Chinese uses Chinese grammar, rather than English grammar. It is curious why a company that exports to the U.S. can't find a good English speaking translator who might charge just a small fraction of the profit the company is making on the exports. If there is no one in China, there are numerous ones in the U.S. who speak grammatically correct English.

With the shelf in place the lower compartment is aprox 12” tall and the area above the shelf is aprox 7.25” tall. A fireproof document pouch is provided for extra protection.Easy to use combination keypad to unlock or use the provided Secure Keys to open. An external Battery Box is provided as a backup system for opening the safe. Certainly a well throughout design and sturdy construction. Attractively priced.

Too glitchy to use

Followed the instructions to program the code and never worked. I did it at least 10 times. Got another brand and worked right away on the first attempt
