Great to have on hand for random bugs

Purchased as a gift for my nephew who loves to capture every creature he can from tadpoles to salamanders and frogs. These containers are a little smaller than I expected but will work for the kids when they head to the pond and use them to transport their creatures to their larger home.

Lid came cracked on of them and they are very thin and cheap.

My six-year-old daughter and my two-year-old nephew absolutely love these. They run around the property, looking for insects and roly-poly’s to put inside.

A little disappointed when two of the keepers arrived with the top corners chipped off during shipping. They were deformed by being wrapped tightly in plastic wrap, thusly being vulnerable to any impact. Luckily the tops fit snuggly.I got them for this year's box turtle hatchlings, to be used for individual feedings. Studying the keepers, I'm picturing more ways of using them as short-term habitats, for quarantine or hopefully an overpopulation of hatchlings. Box turtles are semiaquatic when young, and the keepers are split level, allowing a soaking area on the lower level. I may modify them to create a holding area for some substrate on the upper level. If nothing else, they will be great for my original planned usage, a feeding container for a single hatchling.

Got this to have a little humidity box for my snake and it works well. It has good ventilation holes and I like that the lid has a smaller opening option. Do check measurements because they're not very big.

These plastic containers are fairly cheap plastic. It feels like the same kind as the nearly disposable plastic containers you can buy, though the plastic is a bit thicker.I do wish the container had more perfect clarity to view through but this isn’t bad.It would work well for tarantulas or other inverts. My tarantulas will move into these they grow a bit larger. It would not be good choice for adult vertebrates, except short term. It’s just too small.Appropriate containers for inverts are more expensive than they should be, which is why so many people end up keeping them in to-go deli cups and similar.The containers are basic, but their price is good. As such, these aren’t a bad affordable option.

Fast shipping, good quality, just what I needed! I use this for terrestrial tarantulas. The box is well ventilated and easy to get in and out of. I love watching my spiders build tunnels through the clear plastic.
