iDesign 84822 Gia Kitchen Sink Organiser, Extra Large Metal Sink Caddy, Dish Sponge Holder, Silver, Polished Stainless Steel

Just a big longer than average and fits my kitchen cloths perfectly.

I bought this product to stick to the side of my stainless steel sink to hold sponges - I've had one before from another brand and found it really useful, but after a while it became mouldy so I decided to replace it.This sink caddy looks really nice and can hold a couple of sponges to avoid having to leave them damp on the side of your sink. The colour is pretty and makes a change from boring silver or grey sink caddies.However, when it arrived the sink caddy had one bent suction cup and so it just would not stick to the surface - the non-bent suction cup stuck fine but the bent one just slid down and wouldn't stay put no matter what I tried. I also tried numerous methods to straighten out the cup but due to the angle and slippery material I couldn't get anything to fix it. I ordered a replacement which was a quick and easy process, but the replacement sink caddy arrived also bent - not as much, but still to the point where it affected the product's performance. It sticks better than the first, sometimes slides down but I just reposition it and hold it for a few seconds. So not perfect, but not unusable either.I wouldn't purchase this again unless I could guarantee better packaging to prevent the cups being bent on arrival. I also think the price point is a little high for what it is.

I’ve had it for a few days. I’ve marked the stars down a little for a couple of small reasons - the suction is ok but I do find that it slides down the side of the sink a lot. No biggie really, I just drag it back up again! would be better if it stayed put though. And it’s a bit expensive for what it is. But I don’t mind as it’s the colour/material/style I wanted and it does the job. I can fit my smallish sponge/scourer in it and I just pop my silver metal scourer beside it or on top of it. Great idea, no more wet sponge and scourer left on the worktop or window sill. Arrived well packaged and in good time. The media could not be loaded.  We bought this dish sponge holder to keep the sink and surrounding area looking tidy.The holder is metal and has two suction cups on the back which attach onto a non-porous surface with a firm grip.The holder measures 14cm wide, 6cm in height and 5.5cm in depth.Overall, the holder works extremely well and does what it should do without any problems.However, it is a little pricey and for this reason we have deducted a star.Thank you for reading this review and I hope you found it helpful. Fits nicely in the smaller sink basin to store sponges. Good quality. Can't fault.

Great concept and design. Loved the copper colour. However let down by the suction caps. Was sent a replacement (thank you), but this only held in place for about one hour on a new composite sink. May work better on other sink materials types, and using lighter copper material.

Looks good, but quite hard to get the suckers to both stay on - one spontaneously falls down a lot.
