Fantastic kit. Very effective combo

For the price I can’t complain. Although the long stick is quite painful being a thick plastic and doesn’t really move at all

The roller hurts on contact with the skin, it causes wounds; the dumbbell is of poor quality, like a child's toy. The colors are different.

The plastic is to hard on the skin,not flexibility .

I used the large roller on my belly 8 months after my 3rd c section. I used it in an upward motion. To my surprise, it helped me regain feeling in that area that I haven’t felt in over 14 years since my first c section. It’s also helping my “hanging belly” appearance.

The two smaller items in set work great. The larger roller is very stiff and does not roll even without oil. I might have to pop out one of the smacers to losen it. Plastic is to course to let glide over skin (scratches). Must roll!
