Nice quality filament, that keeps the warranty intact at a higher price than other filaments.
Its a tad pricey thus 4/5 starts, but I'm struggling with buying non Dremel filament for now as it would mess up my Warranty, and some 3rd party filament would need me to modify the printer, which not complex, isn't something I really bought the printer to do anyway, it looks nice as it is.Also 3rd party filament may not be as good, and there are so many anyway, so a minefield, new users would really be better buying Dremel filament as they know it works.The things i have printed thus far in Dremel Filament (and I've printed a lot), are nice quality and robust.I have included some images if they help at all.Sarah

I've been using the Dremel idea builder 3D40 and associated filament for nearly a year now and can happily say I've had only 2 failed prints in that time. That said, and this may not be a filament issue, rather it may be a calibration issue with the machine, I have had a few instances when printing a particularly wide print where I will get distinct lifting and curling at the edges. As I say, this is possibly a machine issue rather than the filament but it is something to take note of.

Good filament spool
This is a good addition to the Dremel filament ranges. Priced at the same as the more standard colours, I thought this was a great idea to get some more sparkly 3d builds on the go.I think the final filament is maybe not quiet as gold and sparkly looking as I hoped. It's nice, but the filament on the spool actually looks a nicer shade of gold than the finish once it's built.That quibble aside, it does look nice and is a good alternative option.

Only a 500 gram spool
Lovely media but only half the size of standard 1 KG spools while costing in the same price range. It may of said this in the details but I didn't notice.

item arrived quick and well packed..and as always exellent quality pla it has a few times tangled on the reel but is always easy to print with and prints well
