I don't think it's bright enough to light a full room but it worked great for my small entryway. The first unit I ordered didn't work, even when I stripped the wires more (the contact parts of the wire are incredibly short). It also looked like the ground wire got disconnected from the interior of the unit. I returned it and got a second unit, which worked perfectly even without stripping the wires. Two very minor complaints: 1) The screw anchors provided bent easily while hammering them in, so be careful that your holes are drilled wide enough. 2) The plastic shade is a bit dark in the center. It's not very noticeable unless you're looking directly at it pretty close while it's lit, but you can see in my closeup photo what I mean.Overall I'm happy with the purchase, as it fit my needs perfectly. Very light weight. Remember the brown wire goes to your black wire, the blue wire goes to your white wire, and the yellow wire goes to your ground wire (usually bare).

Light looks great up. I received both in December 2020. First light stopped working properly after a year, still gave off very very low light but wasn't to worried as the other was fine, until the other day, when i put the light on it popped and now this one is doing the same as the other one. There is only myself at my address and most of the time I'm using the hallway light so this is disgusting that they have not lasted the ample time specified. You can't even contact the company that provide these to Amazon, we should be able to contact them after we are no longer covered by Amazon. The internal led lights could be purchased direct from the maker if we were given their name. The price for these weren't cheap either. I'm a disabled lady and now have no bathroom lights. Thanks Amazon for supplying more crap products at high prices.ALL THOSE THAT ARE VIEWING THIS POST ....... DO NOT PURCHASE ANY LIGHTS LIKE THESE AS THEY CLEARLY DO NOT LAST.

When it works gives off a fantastic light however has a very short lifespan. I purchased this in March this year and now into October has let me down. Not worth considering unless you want to replace every six months !

Bought this in July, it was quite expensive and now doest work and cannot return or get a refund, it suddenly stopped working so i took it off to check the wires and then noticed a complete section of wire is missing, you can see in the picture the little white connectors are in a loop, the one one the left has no wires to it, dont know for sure if this is the cause because it worked for a while, shall not be buying another one, £40,00 down the drain

Apart from.the gaudy gold trim (which wasn't obvious on the photo) this is a slim and lightweight fitting that gives out a very bright,.brilliant white light that was too bright to look at directly at close range.I wrote 'was', because after a few months the lights went dim and I had to throw it out. Something to be wary of although I notice they're no longer available.

Bought 3 very bright long lasting. One went faulty due to being on the same circuit as a florescent tube light.

Easy to install, very light, very bright, FAILED after 6 months, one of the LEDs popped. Replaced with a £22 fitting from Argos that DOESN'T have integrated LEDs. When the bulb fails just replace the bulb and not the entire fitting.Moral of the story Stay Away from Integrated Fittings No Matter How Good They Look.

Vorab, leuchte ist sehr hell, hatte sie in der Küche installiert, hat uns vom Licht her gut gefallen.So, nun zur Qualität, die erste Leuchte hat nach der Montage nur kurz geklimmt und sich dann komplett verabschiedet. Die daraufhin reklamierte Leuchte hat bis gestern wenigstens 8 Monate durchgehalten. Einen 3.Veruch wird es jetzt nicht mehr geben. Das Sprichwort "wer billig kauft, kauft 2x" hat sich hier wieder einmal Bewahrheitet!

j en ai acheté 2 : .le premier en decembre 2019, en novembre2020il est tombé en panne, pasmoyen de le réparer, donc il est parti a la déchetterie. le second en décembre 2020, aujourd hui , fin avril 2021, il a terminé sa mission tout comme le premier....donc, 5 mois de service pour un appareil, ça me semble etre de la tres mauvaise qualité.Que dois-je faire ? Amazon a t il baissé dans la qualité de ses articles......
