I love the Caraway pans. The ceramic is significantly better than other brands we have had and the health benefits are great compared to non stick pans. They are so easy to clean. The quality of the pans is very high and they also look great!

This is a very high quality non stick baking pan of exceptional quality. Recommend it highly. Suggest investing in a non metal slicing knife to preserve the pristine non stick ceramic coating. This does not diminish the quality of the non stick surface. Heavy, well made.

Pros:-Truly nonstick! I've baked everything you could think of on it without liners - from chicken to veggies, and super often put it in the oven on high temps like 400 degrees to get carmelization and even the "burned" bits come right off! Actually insane to have a nontoxic non stick work so well!-I find that food (especially roast chicken recipes) taste SO much better when placed on this without any liners underneath because it perfectly carmelizes on all sides-Super easy to clean! I don't put in the dishwasher and even tough stains or burns I remove easily with some water and baking sodaCons:-The price is pretty steep considering you could get SO many things on the market for less - or you could just use non toxic parchment on a cheaper pan for supposedly the same effect?-Longevity on these are a mixed bag - I bought 2 of these and 1 had a chunk of the coating chip off just a month after using it weekly! And I consider myself a very careful user who never scrubbed it or did anything abrasive with it :( I kept the 5 star review however afterwards I bought a 3rd one to replace it, so that says it all I think ! Just be careful with it like you would with any other kinda expensive item :)

I love this pan. Also it is easy to clean and stuff never sticks. I do coat the pan with a tiny drop of Olive oil and spread it around with a bit of paper towel.

I am slowly replacing my cookwear and other household items with healthier options. I frequently make brownies, blondies and cookie bars for my son. I coat the pan with a tiny amount of neutral cooking oil and I find that I set the oven to a slightly lower temperature than I normally would when using other pans. I use a plastic knife from a takeout set that was in my drawer waiting for a purpose. The brownies came right out of the pan with no fight or crumbling.The color of this pan is beautiful, too. Possessions don’t bring happiness, but making the everyday things we do joyful and relaxing does. These pans add beauty to my kitchen, which is where I spend a lot of my at-home waking hours.Just remember; don’t use cooking spray, don’t use metal utensils, don’t use scratchy things to clean (I use a bit of soapy water and a cloth or my hand) and never put a hot pan in cool water.

So beautiful for a baking pan! Foods bake evenly, slide right out, and clean up is a breeze! Need to buy more Caraway pans! Just wonderful!

I got this because I wanted to use less aluminum foil and parchment paper for baking. I have a few baking sheets that I use and they are great but I have to use a lot of spray or foil so nothing will stick and most of the time it doesnt work so it becomes a waste or hard to clean up. I bought one baking tray to try and see how I like it. After a few months I have put this to the test and has been great. When baking nothing sticks even cheese and the clean up is a breeze. I plan on purchasing more when I have more room in the kitchen.

Well made. Solid. And even baking was made possible.I own their tea kettle and it is so well made I thought I would give this pan a try. Very happy.
