Good shoes 👟

Dear Amazon and Redtape,I am writing to complain about a pair of shoes I purchased from Redtape on Amazon on [11 sep]. The shoes were delivered on [17 sep] and were in good condition when I received them. However, after one month of use, the sole of the shoes began to deteriorate. This caused me pain in my feet and made it difficult to walk.I contacted Amazon customer service to request a replacement or refund. However, I was told that my request was outside of the 45-day warranty period. I understand that you have a 45-day warranty, but I believe that this is not fair in this case. The shoes should not have deteriorated after only one month of use.I am a loyal customer of Amazon and Redtape. I have purchased many items from you in the past and have always been satisfied with my purchases. I am disappointed that you are not willing to stand behind your product in this case.I am requesting that you reconsider your decision and either replace the shoes or issue me a refund. I am also requesting that you investigate the quality of your shoes to ensure that this does not happen to other customers.Thank you.

Ayakkabı güzel, yeni aldığım için dayanıklılığı nasıldır bilemiyorum ancak iç tabanı şu an epey rahat. Güzel de görünüyor. Kendi numaram oldu bana. İndirimli zamanda çok uygun bir fiyata almıştım, o şekilde bir indirim tekrar olursa aynı markanın farklı ayakkabılarını da alabilirim.

İlk giydiğimde,sadece yarım saat sonra,her tarafı büzüldü. Sanki üç yıldır giyilmiş oldu. Kullanılmaz hale geldi. İade ettiğimde satanlar "kullanılmış" diye kabul etmedi. Sorunu anlatmaya çalıştım ama nafile, tek alabildiğim cevap "kullanılmış" . Paramız çöpe gitti, kesinlikle uzak durun.

ayakkabı ilk giydiğinde rahatmış hissi verse de 1-2 giyimden sonra tabanı çok rahatsız ediyor. tabanlık memory taban ama tabanın altında yer alan kısım kare kare ayağına vuruyor.

Bir kere giydim birkaç saatliğine ve sağ ayak bileğim günlerce ağrıdı. Ayrıca ufak tefek defolar vardı bir sürü. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
