I needed some more length on my dog’s current leash. My dog is 19lb but he’s a beast on walks. Pulls like crazy. Been using this daily and it seems very, very sturdy. I like that I can shorten or lengthen the leash as needed.

Our pup has a harness with a dual connecting leash. As she got bigger the leash got shorter. This adds the right amount of length to continue to use the double harness/leash without having to purchase a new one. Recommended!

I bought this to attach to my cat’s soft carrier and her harness for a cross-country move so that she wouldn’t escape into the depths of my car. I didn’t realize it was too long for this purpose, and if I opened the carrier she could still climb down by my feet and the gas pedal. Anyway, this product is sturdy, durable, and there is no way a cat or small dog could break it.

We use this to clip our dog into the seat belt in the back seat. The length is adjustable which is great. At one end there is a metal loop that can be clipped into the seat belt buckle. Works very well.

I have a large very well trained dog hence, the reason I wanted to give him extra lead to sniff. Twice the clasp came unattached. The first time he was doing the happy dog roll so, I gave the product the benefit of the doubt. The second time, we were just strolling when I looked down and realized my guy wasn't attached and he was having a stare down with a cat. Thank god he is well trained. The cat would have kicked his ass. Promptly threw it away.

Made wider than most, so I find it lasting longer with a dog who likes to chew on it while he is being walked each day.

This leash extension is very well constructed and a good length to add to a standard 6’ leash. However the hardware is a little heavy for my 28lb dog and weighs down the leash too much. Probably fine for a bigger, heavier dog.
