Lift works as I would expect. I was missing 2 of the lift feet. Contacted seller and they sent them out. Overall, happy with purchase. Review: Missing/broken parts, poor customer service. Can’t get refund - Ordered the lift delivery was fast and great. Go to set the lift up, the extension tower holes don’t line up, missing parts, broken parts, the concrete anchors don’t hold. If you buy this lift definitely get better anchors, been trying to get in contact with company to get the parts but all I get is a “call later”. After waiting I tried returning it but the manufacturer wouldn’t answer to figure out a return.
