The first compressor I received was installed promptly, but it failed to produce cool air. After confirming with a professional mechanic that the installation was correct and that the rest of the AC system was functioning properly, it was clear that the compressor itself was faulty. Hoping the first issue was just a one-time problem, I ordered a second compressor from Scitoo. However, upon arrival, the second compressor was missing a crucial component—the clutch. This rendered the compressor useless right out of the box. These issues have caused significant inconvenience and additional costs for uninstalling the defective unit and the prospect of returning both compressors.
