The material is ribbed vertically all the way through and stretches without being see through in the black colorI am 5’11” and 165 pounds and I ordered a medium! It fits like a glove, but only reaches the ankles not the floor. I wore this 8 months pregnant in a medium and it fit my belly perfectly!The dress feels heavy in the package but wears super light on your body!
