I brought two of those watchesIs not waterproof as they said. My wife watch dark out after came out from swimming.......

Bought this watch doesn’t work and now the customer service is absolutely horrible

They the absolutely the worst customer service on the planet!!! Bought a wtach from them and screen protectors. Screen protectors did not fit properly and both were not fitting. Tried contacting customer support and got in touch with Dannie. She is non responsive to sending out 2 more replacements. Terrible customer service skills and after 5 attempts to reach anyone, they do not respond whatsoever!!! If you want a watch like this stay away from them!!!

I purchased a watch from them right before Christmas. Watch is complete junk. I also received one for Christmas. I want to return both. I reached out over a dozen times through email, their website and even Facebook. I got one response after 2 weeks and nothing since. This company is a scam and does not know how to do business. No customer service whatsoever. The owner should be ashamed of himself.
