Q: These look roasted, are they? It doesn't say on the package right way, but they look dry roasted..?

The in-shell peanuts are not roasted.

Q: Can you use these for boiled peanuts?

I used them for boil peanuts. Worked perfectly fine. Dont know why the package says "not for human consumption". There is nothing off about these peanuts. Even if there was, boiling them for hours in salt water certainly kills everything bad.

Q: Are these Kay Tee in shell peanuts safe for Parrots too?

No. Peanuts for companion birds/parrots can be deadly unless you know the source and the method of processing. Peanuts carry aflatoxins which are deadly to birds.

Q: How do i contact seller if ups says they delivered to my house but didn’t deliver to my house?

I would have my receipts handy and do two things: Notify Amazon ASAP and then call your local police with this question ASAP. Amazon and the police will be glad to offer excellent advice. Good luck!
