Didn’t stay any colder than my plastic roller.

I have tested a lot of these rollers and frankly I saw not much difference temperature-wise when comparing to one I have with a plastic roller. Both were frozen lol. Both felt identical on my skin temp-wise. Both stayed cold for hours. However, this metal roller does feel smoother on my face, whereas the plastic roller was a bit more 'tacky' rolling across my face. So I could tell the difference in texture on my face. These rollers are great for quick cool-off off after outdoor activities and fast puffiness reduction- they really do work. Great for soothing a sunburn. It just depends on whether you want to pay more for the upgraded metal surface. For facials, I think the metal is more suitable. I do like it, but $30 seems a bit step for just the metal upgrade.

This is a nice roller with a metal barrel which I thinks gets and stays colder longer. The handle feels more like a cheap plastic and will crack easily if dropped too many times. It feels amazing and n my skin especially when I’m overheated. It refreezes very quickly as well. This is fairly pricey for what it actually is so I will continue to use this one but I won’t get again for myself or to gift away.

I have a collection of cryo tools of all sorts because I like them that much, and they make great gifts. They feel cool out of the box. I often only put them in the fridge because the freezer can be too cold. This particular style is nice for the body since it's large and rolls back and forth. It rolls smoothly and silently. The handle looks and feels a bit cheap - like lightweight, spray painted, bumpy plastic. I wonder if the color will last. All the rollers I have of this style have plastic handles, but maybe it's the color and texture that makes this one stand out as seeming cheaper. It came boxed as shown. The current sale price ($32.99 plus $8 off) is okay, but you can find these for less if you shop around. For instance, scrolling down this listing right now to "Products related to this item", there is a nicer looking roller just like this one that includes a plastic roller head too for just $15.16.
