The light stops flashing when it is fully charged. **Q: How do I change the battery?** A: I don’t believe you can change the batteries the only way for sure is to contact the manufacturer or to try to take it apart but if you take it apart, you may not be able to put back together recommendation you may want to just buy a replacement flashlight It might be more expensive to replace the battery them just to replace it.
