Felt erasers seem to get dirty fast and smear the ink rather than remove it. This system with its replaceable pads stored in a permanent handle is just the best thing. Really does erase the ink, no smears. Each pad seems to last forever, and I seldom need to use the spray cleaner on the board. Easy to manage and replace pads. No more old felt erasers for me.

I have to press down really hard to erase everything. Leaves a lot of residue on the board.The magnet broke and had to super glue it down again.A cheap eraser works way better than this.

Does not erase well without using spray; even then left residue.

I love this refillable whiteboard eraser. It works really nicely. I really enjoy the sleek, smooth feel in the hands (reminds me a bit of a computer mouse). Cleans really well too! The highlight for me is how much more sustainable this type of eraser is as opposed to a traditional one. Instead of having to replace the entire thing (outer body and all), all you need to do is replace the refills and keep the plastic body. LOVE THAT. But yeah, it works really well. The eraser side has a nice felt-like material that does a great job to clean off every last drop. This set also came with an eraser spray, which I REALLY appreciate -- this stuff is perfect for getting off the more stubborn spots, especially if you're using a brightly colored, more pigmented dry erase marker instead of the default black.

I've had those old type dry erase board erasers that once they get dirty, they just drag it around the board, but with this one, that'll be avoided. We don't cover our entire board with writing, so I think the amount of refills included might just last us fairly long. Very clean erasing!
