I sleep with a full face CPAP mask. I alternate sleeping on my back and side. This is a large rectangular pillow. One end has a large roll to support the neck. The other end supports the head while on the back, and on either side, with cutouts to keep the mask from dislodging. Because of the size of the pillow, my head is about 8 inches from the headboard. Since my face mask has a tube on top of my head, this gives the air vent plenty of space to blow out air. The only possibly negative consideration is make sure you have 6-8 inches of foot room at the end of the bed, since your head will be that far from the headboard. I really like sleeping on this pillow.

This is wonderful : gives lots of support and the design helps a lot with the CPAC

This is a good pill I just need it to be thicker. Because of that it really is not doing what it supposed to do.

Comfortable

I have a full face bi pap and this pillow definitely contours to side sleeping. The middle support for laying on your back gives the right angle for a peaceful rest. I took out extra foam insert, but will use it as the foam settles after time. I am prone to migraines and haven't had one since I started using this. Definitely worth the money!!!

The pictures give a completely different impression of how your head will rest. For an adult male, this thing is not high enough.

It's a good pillow, I guess. I've only used it a handful of nights and have woken up with incredible neck and back pain. Notches are okay for the nasal cpap (but if you're using full face, steer clear). I'm going back to a normal pillow. This one hurts me too much.
