I received my laptop earlier than the delivery date and it’s so clean! Works perfectly fine also. It’s refurbished good and it’s surprisingly without any dent or scratches. Battery life is at 87% I think this is a good buy. I’ll keep observing it and I’ll drop another update on the performance later. Came with a good charger also.

I was running into storage and performance issues with my renewed Apple MacBook Air M1, so I decided to upgrade. So far, I'm delighted with the device; it arrived promptly, looks good and performs even better! I'm not one to close applications or tabs at all, and the M2 has not blinked. Migration of apps and settings was pretty much flawless, and getting my iCloud stuff working was a heck of a lot easier than on my M1, which took a lot of work to get text messages to sync properly. Battery capacity is at 95%, and I have no complaints about battery life. I can't really think of anything negative to say, and for me, that's saying an awful lot. While it would have been nice if Apple had made colorful cases, like on the M1, saying that the case colors on the AMA-M2 are too bland and conformist is just too subjective, really--and the computer is small enough that I was able to get my individuality fix by slapping a case on it without much sacrifice to portability. If you take anything away from this, it's that this is the second MacBook Air I've bought from Amazon Renewed, and though my first experience was fine, the second was waaaaaay better. I may be looking here again in a couple of years.

The item came dirty, with detritus all over the keyboard including what looks like pet hair and crumbs. It said “Excellent” shape, but it has large visible scratches. The worst is that it has been power cycled 526 times, not great at all. That just over half the battery life. A new battery is $150-$250. Customer service non-existent.

I ordered my computer and received a brick on delivery. Nothing. Not a flickering light. Could not turn it on. Could not charge it. Not even a 1% charge to light up my screen to tell me the computer needs charging. I returned it immediately (bc I need it for work) and, with questionable logic, ordered another one. Same exact problem. "Order the same broken thing twice, shame on me." THIS TIME, in trying to arrange the return, I stumbled on the tech support and HAPPENED to have time to speak about my frustration and somehow, trouble shooted our way though it enough to realize that it looks like there are BADLY REFURBISHED CHARGERS (more specifically - charger cords) floating around, but the computers seem to be fine. Here is how to fix it: From your charger (that comes with the computer): IF nothing happens to you computer (= BRICK), take off mag charger and replace with USB-c to USB-c cord from charger to computer (this makes total sense when you have the charger/computer in hand). IF YOUR COMPUTER CHARGES, order the following product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0D7ZDB91H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It is called the: USB-c to Magnetic 3 cable compatible with MagSafe Charging for ..... (you don't need the rest). While you contact customer service and request that that be sent to you free of charge bc they sent you a faulty charger, you can still charge your computer with the USB-c to USB-c cord that you hopefully have floating around your house. Otherwise, the cord above SHOULD fix your issue. If it does not, well, this is not the review for you.

The condition is near perfect, as promised. Can't speak for battery life, my use has it always plugged in. The machine is a former corporate, with some extended warranty left. But it was released from corporate device management - that part worried me at first, but it really is clean. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Loving this thing so far. Looks great, 24GB ram is a dream. Battery lasts many hours too. Dig it.

No parece reacondicionada. Está prácticamente nueva, el cargador y el cable son originales. Excelente funcionamiento. La recomiendo.
