Scam!!! Don't buy!!!
Horrible product! When I first got product opened it up and have a European adapter Instead of USA adapter. I couldn't even charge or use the laptop. had to go to Walmart and spend $30.00 on a universal adapter just to see if the laptop worked. Seems very cheap. Runs slow. Also saw Not so good reviews. One person said they believe that this company is a scam. I am starting to believe that,definitely gonna return this today.

Freezing up
From the first day, I dealt with freezing up issues. Did all updates and still had the problem. Packaging was damaged when it arrived, so that may have contributed to the issue.
