A mi preferencia me gusta tomar mi scoop de proteína después de entrenar con solamente agua. Porque hacerme un batido duplica su tamaño y al final de cuentas termino aborreciendo las proteínas. Entonces, al agregar mi scoop al agua, no se disuelve bien, y es muy espeso, al agregas mas agua, pierde el sabor a lo poco dulce que tiene. Eh probado muchas marcas de proteínas y esta fue mi primera vez con esta. Bueno, primera y última. Repito. No esta tan peor pero.. hay mejores.
