Love the grip
Love these tires, they're my new favorite tire.

Best tire I've ever ridden
Love this tire. Fast, durable, comfortable, grippy, and not horrible to mount.3000 miles without a flat. I occasionally have to ride my travel bike with a 23c tubed tire, and it is always such a treat to come back to this tire on my gravel bike.

Ordered "S TR". Got "AS TR".
I hadn't really researched that much, just got recommendations from friends that I switch from Gatorskin to GP5000. A series of weekly flats on my Gatorskins had me ready to try something new and tubeless. And if I'd understood the difference between a GP 5000 S TR and a GP 5000 AS TR, I probably would have picked the AS TR. So, they're not going back. But I could certainly understand someone being displeased to get the heavier probably more durable variant when they thought they'd ordered the lighter one.

Unbalanced and defective
Purchased a pair of the Continental 28-622 Grand Prix 5000 (700 x 28C) Black/Cream on February 5th 2024 and used them about a month before I realized that tires are defective. My bike wheels started to shake on high speeds so I took my wheels to my local bike shop thinking my wheels needed to be trued, but mechanics told me it was 100% the tires due to the material being uneven. They suggested I return these, but unfortunately I missed the Amazon return window. I’ve reached out the Continental’s technical complaints department 3 times this April and have not heard back. Hoping the warranty holds true so I can get new ones to give these a shot! Seller please respond.

Fast but not durable
These were such a disappointment. They are easy to install, comfortable, and are fast and handled well. However, I'm on my 2nd set in 3 months because they offer little puncture resistance. Even with low pressures they take too much damage with standard road rides and the sealant couldn't keep up. These were not worth the high price.

Fault in sidewall
These tires are great, but I got one with a fault in the sidewall. There is a wobble. Unfortunately it could only be seen after install, and they are notoriously difficult to install/remove, and I probably can’t remove it, and clean out the sealant in condition to return it. I guess I just got a lemon.
