Perfect case replacement!
This is 100% better than OEM! No bad rubber buttons. Metal edges are very good looking! All the GUTS inside fit perfect. Bought this for my 2017 Chevy 2500 HD.

Good replacement case with drawback
Nice replacement case but it is too easy to depress the door lock button. It rises higher than the surface of the case and is too easy unintentionally press when in a pocket or purse.

It does work
There was no way that battery from original was going to fit. I took my dremel and shaved off 1/32 of an inch of battery holder. This allowed me to place battery in snugly and fits well. The stock GM key fob has a silicone gasket and seems to be somewhat waterproof. The aftermarket fob has no gasket and would not be waterproof.Pro: It is much easier to open up the key fob than the GM originalCon: In my case I had to shave down battery holder to load battery. No silicone seal for waterproofing. No bow tie emblem on back of fob.With that being said looks great and works. It most likely will retain its good looks because it is hard plastic where as the GM fob has a soft exterior that deteriorates quickly and looks terrible.

Saved me a lot of money!
Chevrolet wanted $250 for a whole new key fob! Luckily I took a risk on this product. Took a little messing around to get it going and I completely destroyed the already broken fob case getting the original chip out. That’s okay though because this worked perfectly! Thank you!

Fits my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500
Fits my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 key fob (with black edges, not chrome) without issues. There was one small issue when installing-- the thin battery piece that grips the battery fell out. However this pages shows an image of it which made putting it back together a snap. Looks so much better than the gooey rubber that was left on my old fob with fading icons.

Exact replacement

Solid replacement.
Just know your factory fob will likely break when you open it up. This fob is well made. The button pad is stiffer and less tactile than the factory one but it works fine. I pried the GMC logo off my old one and glued it onto this one since I have both a Chevy and GMC what use this fob. Can’t really go wrong for the price.
