Though this scalp exfoliator is being marketed for men, it's just as good and effective for women. In fact, I really love this stuff, and I'm a woman. I've never suffered from dandruff, but I do love a good scalp cleansing. This lifts all of those dead skin cells and other debris that collects along the scalp that causes all sorts of other problems. It also cleans out the pores to clear away excess sebum and various hair products you've been applying to your hair. Strips leftover hair product residuals also. It's a clean product that is easy to use. Lather it into your hair and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing away.
