A: 2. That's why it says 2-pack. You get 2 wheels, 2 axel pins, 2 rivet axels, 2 binder posts, 2 screws.

**Q: What is the axle posts o.d. at the ends?In the picture it looks like it gets smaller but to what size. Need it to fit in a 5/32 hole. Will this work**
A: 1/4".

**Q: does the rubber ring come with it, if not what size do I need.**
A: don't know what a rubber ring used for. Its a wheel and bearing assembly for glass or screen door.
