Never worked! I purchased this item, tried to use it and all of the “flower buds” I put into it ahoy stuck inside of this produce. I had to break it just to get the “flower buds” out of it.

After researching an automated grinder that would make our life's a little easier, I decided to go with this one Intelligent herb grinder, since it really to be exactly all I needed.However, I were very pleasantly surprised that, despite some negative reviews, as long as you don't use too much at one time and follow the directions, it shreds your herbs quickly and effortlessly. it works exactly as advertised!put the herb of choice on a flat surface (or rolling tray, plate, etc.) for small amounts at a time, If you grind sticky or hard herb, it will rotate in the opposite direction and following the grinding and falling, this will avoid jammed. After the paper is filled, it must be manually sealed. whether it is manual grinder or electric grinder, there will be some residue on the outside, it's normal.It completed the work perfectly. cleaning isn’t too bad, basically just brush it out once in a while, it comes with the tools. I would of given it 5stars. because I'll never go back to a manual grinder, It was definitely worth my money.

First let me say wow! I initially got this for the purpose of the grinder itself, but when I opened the package and saw this lovely lady, I was extremely impressed.The instructions are very clear and simple to follow. The grinder looks heavy, but as described, weighs under 1lb. Im still getting used to the cone cylinder, but thats not an issue for me. Other than that, I would of given it 5stars. Oh and the best part that shocked me even more.....my grinder came fully charged! It was definitely worth my money and merry Christmas to me!

Updated 4/21/23: The customer service reached out to me after my 1 star review. They were really lovely and offered a refund or replacement. I'm looking forward to seeing how the product progresses and I haven't given up hope on mine yet.I think it's a great concept but it doesn't work at all. It's difficult to use, slower than doing it by hand, doesn't actually seem to fill cones well so you end up taking it out to hand pack it some more. The grinder portion gets clogged easily and often. You spend lots of additional time, opening it up to take care of that too. Maybe this is all just bad luck and a learning curve. I'll keep working with it a bit and see if it gets any better. If it does, I'll update this review.

Great electric grinder! Better than most regular grinders I've used. Simple operate just follow the instructions, take out the rolling paper from the cone holder, it grinds the weed perfectly, what impressed me most though is the battery on this thing，very durable. And I use it multiple times per day. Absolutely worth it. Only drawback is no kief tray, 100% recommend.

The device is well-constructed and its sharp blades promise durability. I like the rechargeability and the fact it can run for over 90 minutes. Also, it's compact which makes it easy to carry.However, I've had problems using it. The instructions are vague and not very helpful, making the operation a bit of a guessing game. This really detracted from the convenience that should come with a product like this.This grinder has its strengths and weaknesses:Pros:Rechargeable with good battery life.Solid construction with sharp teeth.Compact and portable.Cons:Difficult to use.Instructions lack clarity.
