After installing those - the keyboard is completely silent. As for getting inside - you gotta pry the top plastic cover with some tools. There are no visible screws etc. I didn't wanna ruin mine, just for tape mod. Montech really paid attention to sound insulation, so I didn't feel the need to open it.
