Buena construcción sólida de tamaño pequeño, trabaja tal cual lo esperado, necesitas una fuente de 300 watts para una operación correcta (un consumo de energía algo elevado pero normal), la tornillería debe ser mejor en acero inoxidable y los cables serían mejor un poco más largos, lo utilizamos para enfriar un área de 3p³, muy bien todo lo demás....

PROS: quiet, compact and lightweight, fully assembled and ready to wire up for almost any end use purpose (except cooling), lots of final wire stripping, gathering, tie wrapping, and soldering/heat shrinking to get it ready for 12V inputs. Heats up very fast (about 1 minute with no water flow) with chips wired in positive direction, it stabilizes at around 130 degrees F, reverse wired it stabilizes at around 125 degrees F, so overtime it will heat water to almost any desired temp. CONS: Couldn't get mine to work as a cooler which was what I was going to do with it, it only gets hot or hotter yet wired either way, so good for heating water with a thermo-coupler and small circulating pump/tank added like for a fish tank etc., but not so good for making a small 12V plug in cooler. OK value if it works for your water heating projects, but, will require additional materials and supplies an electrical wiring skills to be used as is.

For refrigeration, you'll need water, a water pump and reservoir, and a radiator with fans. The water will get real hot without those, so if you want it as a water heater, instead, it can be done.
