It's a lovely gadget, light-weight, and compact. I bought it at a discount, so it was a value buy. It makes moving heavy luggage a breeze! I only wish it had 4 wheels (instead of 2) and an extensible base i.e. parallel to the handle. The present base (about 12 inches wide, is too narrow for large luggage). If you want to move (say) a loaded cardboard box 4ftx2ftx3ft (LBH) in size, despite fastening the belt, it tends to wobble and fall to one side. I faced the same problem while navigating over door sills and lift entrances, where you need to change direction because the door/entrance is too narrow for the box to fit in broad size on. Even with these defects it's still useful and I recommend it.

Quality is very poor poor quality

Trolley is lightweight but can get the job done for lighter loads. Smaller than expected from picture and platform may not suit bigger size loads. But the provided straps help secure the loads.

It is not sturdy.. and does not support 35kgs

The media could not be loaded. Best for home. Saves from back pain. Strong and sturdy for the price point. Used for gas cylinder, moving plant pots.

I am writing the review after using the item for almost a month. The item is fine with regard to portability and quality. However the performance and utility is not satisfactory. The base is too small to hold and balance most of the items. The worst part is that there is no provision of locking the vertical pulling stick. It keeps getting pulled by the elastic string and tends to close spilling all the items. Too difficult to balance more than 1 item vertically.
