CKeep Kinesiology Tape, Original Cotton Elastic Precut Strips 4 Rolls,Beige

I have used a similar item before that is no longer available so I wanted to try this one after looking at many different items and reviews. This one is very strong. I wanted it because it was waterproof which seems to be true For me, this was great And did the job to help support my knee. That being said it is super Duper strong I have more sensitive skin so it did irritate because I left it on for a couple days. So if you have extremely sensitive skin, you might need to remove it and clean the skin. It can be hard to take off just because it is super strong. This would be really good for people who or maybe athletes or more active and needs something that is extremely strong. I will still use what I have. I may not order again because it may be too strong for my sensitive skin. It did cause me some irritation, but I don’t think it is any fault of the product it works as described and did a really great job for supporting where I needed it. It was a good value for the price as well, so I was still recommend it. It did last for quite some time so if you needed to leave it on, it will stay with you. I ordered black and I do like the color as well. It was also easy for me to cut and put different size strips if I needed.

Work well, stay put as long as I don’t wet them too much. They provide the support needed for my knees. Would recommend.

I tore my shoulder, and needed some extra support while lifting. This tape is great, and the price point is even better! The adhesive will stick all day if you need, and stays on through intense sweat sessions/workouts. I like that it's pre-cut, which helps when I need to tape up on the fly. I'll be buying a 2nd box in the next week or 2.

The CKeep tape was better than I expected. It sticks well and stays where I put it. I use it for my knees just one strip per knee has worked great!

Very allergy, sensitive skin friendly. My only complaint is if you lift it to adjust it at all it doesn’t stick well anymore, so try to adjust it. I will definitely buy more.

I have struggled to find kinesiology tape that stays in place since my legs are fairly hairy, but this brand does the trick without being super uncomfortable. The tape is a nice thickness, effective, and durable over several days, even after showering. The pre-cut strips are a good length and make application easy and fast. After several days of use the tape still appears neat and clean, unlike other brands that begin to collect lint and peal off.

I purchased a couple of different tapes for my fingers and hands pains that I injured. This one, the color is most suitable for my skin and I like this a lot. And as mentioned on the product information, I can easily imagine it will not leave ugly tape marks and easier to remove without hassle and pains. But other hand, I am a little concern that how long this will last, so I will test before my vacation. I didn’t expect I would like these pre-cut tape but now I can imagine, it would be so much easier to use during my vacation!

I have to use KT tape to run due to the arthritis in my knees and ankles. Normally I go to a physical store to buy this, as I worry about quality and not being able to take it back if quality is poor. I wear KT tape 5-6 times a week. Due to having sensitive skin I can’t leave the tape on for longer than 12 hours. So I needed to look for a good tape that won’t take me to the poor house! (As my old tape was doing) that’s what brought me to buying these - or trying them, 2 boxes to make sure I am fair. Likes: 1) the tape is easy to apply 2) strips are thin, so breathable - or would be (keep reading) 3) the tape does what it is suppose to - lends support to muscles, tendons, and joints 4) tape stretches easily and retains its elasticity well making movement even on 80% stretch fluent 5) price is really good! Strong dislikes: 1) the tape is too sticky, meaning even after using the recommended baby oil on the tape to remove to help with adhesive it STILL remained on my skin, though the baby oil helps the tape not remove my skin! 2) if you don’t use the baby oil or something(!) you risk taking your skin off with the tape strips. 3) if you have sensitive skin - though like me don’t believe in wasting products once purchasing if you cannot return for money back - the adhesive may irritate your skin and make it itch. I recommend lots of natural lotion after removal to help skin bounce back. 4) tape does not stick to itself well! When overlapping the tape tends to roll up. It will stick stick to your skin, though has problems sticking to other pieces of tape. 5) adhesive is HARD to remove from skin, and will more than likely require you to scrub off 6) tape easily frays To recap - DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN THAT YOU DONT WANT TORN FROM YOUR BODY! Also, be smart try baby oil to get it off and then scrub the rest off with good soap!

La calidad ha bajado significativamente, son tan delgadas ahora que puedes ver a través de ellas, parecen hojas de cebolla. Tampoco resisten como antes y se despegan fácilmente. Disminuyeron la calidad, cantidad y subieron el precio. Decepcionante.
