While I really liked the idea of round and square pools to distinguish between the salt water and fresh water, I was disappointed that they were NOT as deep as the listing stated. They are actually shorter by an inch. This would be fine for tiny and small crabs, but it is not deep enough for medium sized crabs or larger to fully submerge their shells.In addition to the pools and two pieces of cut plastic canvas mesh as ladders, there's another large piece of mesh rolled up; a small bag of suction cups; and four tiny zip ties. There are no instructions or suggestions about what to do with these items, and the writing on the package is in Chinese. I can only "assume" it's to create a climbing wall behind the pools, but not sure.Product was returned due to inaccurate dimensions (depth only).

I bought these for our 4 hermit crabs. It was hard for all of them to get around. Ours are medium and little smaller hermit crabs. Might be better for big one but I am not sure

This arrived broken and because of how thin the plastic is, it is extremely sharp!! Only comes with 2 tiny pieces of plastic for the ramp which isn't nearly enough as you need one inside and outside of each bowl. $16 is INCREDIBLY to much for the cheap, thin plastic. You're better off picking something up at your local dollar tree. Definitely disappointed.
