I bought 2 and both didnt "work" ... I was about to return when i thought i would try one more time.Here was the "fix". After you have set the time. use the upper button to cycle through the time/date. Once i did that, they have been keeping time.

Fairly easy to set the time, once I figured out which button does what. The instructions were a bit confusing, but I figured it out. I wanted a super simple clock for my desk, and this does just that. The adhesive worked well to hang on the wall behind my desk.
