After using this pillow for about 2 months, I've found that I don't actually need any other pillows to sleep on, as I always end up using solely this one. It's a little bit longer than a twin bed is wide, so I keep it in an L shape across the top and up against the wall that runs the length of my bed. If you double it up it's a great pillow to prop you up while reading as it's slightly overstuffed and won't flatten out like other pillows so after deflating. It's well made and feathers don't escape the lining. I do use a pillow cover to reduce the number of times I need to wash the pillow in a year and can just wash the cover more frequently than the whole thing. Unlike foam or synthetic pillows, there is no odd smell from the manufacturing process because it's just feathers. Overall, one of the best purchases I've made all year.

I have read alot of reviews that say this pillow is not thick, I do not what they are talking about. This pillow is so thick and I would rate it as medium-firm.I am 5' and this pillow is perfect for my height. I am very thin due to an illness and a lot of pillows hurt my body, but this pillow allows me to get some pain free rest.I due highly recommend purchasing the pillow cover though because due to the goose down you won't be able to wash it.You will absolutely love this pillow 100%

I love this pillow! It is full and firm without being heavy. The last one I had was one of the bamboo pillows, and it was so heavy that it aggravated a knee injury. This one is a dream. It’s also long enough for me. I hope it lasts.

I read everything about this pillow but when I got it in the label says it's goose down and polyester filling, this make the pillow feel rough, the size is good and the weight is ok too, I didn't get better sleep though.

Very big, very supportive, holding it gives a great sense of safe, I can use it as the pillow with my wife as well. Great product!
