My peppers have now been sitting in a hot mail truck for four days & still not here, will they be any good?

While I can't says for sure, but as a guess I would say that the peppers are still good. Only thing to do is cut up one and see how it tastes. Besides if they aren't any good I'm sure that Amazon will return your money!!

How many jalapenos come in 2 lbs or 3 lbs? My recipe calls for 12 large.

18 came in my order, about 12 were large the other just a little smaller.

Not spicy.

This batch was not spicy or hot as jalapeños should be. They were also red in color, I have never seen that with jalapeños.
