This was really easy to put together, and is very sturdy. The cats loved exploring and playing with the dangling toys, and sleep in the cozy little corner at the top.

This cat tree is fantastic! It was easy to assemble. Very high quality. The materials are great. My cat loves to snuggle up into the top cubby.

This is an interesting design, and very easy to assemble (and disassemble). No tools are needed for assembly (not “the tools are included”, no tools are needed), and everything fits together easily (getting the shelves into the right position may require gently pulling the posts apart a tiny bit. Once they are in place the whole thing is quite solid. The base is a single solid (and quite heavy) piece, and it would be very difficult to knock the assembled tree over. I was concerned about the amount of plastic in the construction, but it is quite heavy-duty plastic, and feels well-finished and very strong. I do feel it is a bit too expensive, but it is a very well-made tree.The scratching pad is not as nice (or as easy to attach) as the rest of the tree, and will almost certainly be the first part to fail. I do not mind this, since my cats won’t use this type of scratcher. They are picky.The smallest model (Loft) is not actually very flexible in design. The posts need to be placed only in the two screw holes in the center, and the shelves need to be placed between the two posts, on top of the connector between sections or the top cap. The hanging ball toy can go on any of the corners of a shelf, and the scratching pad can go on any post at any height. The modular design does make it very easy to disassemble the tree to move it more easily (the pieces will easily fit in a small car, where an assembled tree would not).

I caved and got this after getting a coupon and a gift card. It's literally the cutest cat tree on Amazon, but is way overpriced for what is actually is. Not sure why the hard plastic of this product is cheaper than wood and carpet combos found on similar items. My guess is that they know there aren't many trees made like this, so they can charge whatever they want. But it should be fairly cheap to mass produce these. Well, I guess it worked out because I ended up buying it. My cat loves it and spends a lot of time on it, thankfully.

My cat is big for most cat trees, and he does not feel safe enough to climb on them. I had mostly given up until I saw this one, where platforms have 2 legs. My cat tried it with some reticence, but after he discovered it was very sturdy, he loves napping in the top step.

I was initially drawn to this cat tree because of its well-thought-out design. It was securely shipped and assembled easily with intuitive instructions.However, one of the four insert pads for the tray was cut too large and would not fit. This is not something you can professionally cut with scissors, leaving an ill-fitting insert. The stand cost many times more than an average stand, and I was willing to pay the extra cost for something nicer. Rather than returning the entire stand, which would involve great effort and expense for both parties, I decided to reach out directly to customer service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.It took days for the company to reply, and they insisted on my sending photos of the pad through a third-party solution named WeTransfer. Then, the customer service failed to retrieve the email within the three days allotted before the photo disappeared, and they had to ask again.After all that, I was told they don't have replacements, only full units, and was offered a $5 gift card to compensate for the issue. This was an insult. All I wanted was a felt pad that fits my very expensive stand.I have purchased two of these stands from the company, one as a gift for someone, and two of their pet watering units. Unfortunately, this company doesn't seem to understand customer service or respect the customer. I am left with a very bad taste.
