Plastic holders keep breaking
I have bought these before and they do a good job preventing vibration from moving up arm BUT these are so poorly made that they break easily and will not stay on the wrist strap. Can't glue them back together. What used to be acceptable at around $20-25 is now a bad buy. I do not recommend this cheaply made device.

Nothing else works as good as this product
Not sure how or why it works but after 3 weeks of wearing the TENEX ESA pretty much full time, my elbow pain is gone...product was recommended to me by fellow tennis players who had success with it also...I would urge anyone with tennis or golf elbow to give it a try.

These WORK!!!
I will not play tennis without one of these on each of my wrists!! They absolutely work.. I had such bad tennis elbow in my right arm and my left shoulder and elbow were also hurting… Since using these… NO PROBLEMS EVER AGAIN!! These do not let the vibration go up your arm… The vibration from hitting the ball goes directly into the little ball on top of the tenet shock watch… and never travels up to the elbow.. Not even close to it… it stops the vibration dead in it's tracks.. Oh yes i've tried the Bandit… and so many other things… and NONE of them really work… Why because they are put on right near the elbow… So the vibration is still getting to the elbow and not being stopped and absorbed before that…. These work and they will do the trick for all you tennis players suffering from tennis elbow.. i swear by these… I'm on my 5th one…. I will continue to buy these when I have the need for them and seeing them on Amazon… What a plus.. Less expensive than the tennis stores and no shipping charges.. LOVE AMAZON and I LOVE THESE!!!!

Broke in under two months
I purchased several of these over the years and absolutely loved them. They stopped tennis elbow and gave my arm a little extra weight to move through the ball. The ones I previously purchased were over 10 years ago as I stopped playing tennis for several years. Well, I went back to tennis recently and my old one broke so I bought two more. This new style is slightly different from the old ones and don't seem to work as well. I'm also getting a bit of tennis elbow. My tennis elbow would definitely be worse without wearing the Tennex Elbow Shock Watch but I was disappointed that I ended up with mild tennis elbow. However, I won't play tennis without the Tennex Shock Watch. I just wish they would go back to the design from over 10 years ago. The new design is much cheaper and it broke within two months. Tried to call company and number given was for some furniture store. I'm real disappointed.

Doesn't help me
My doctor said I had tennis elbow and should order this product as it helped her when she had it. I have used it numerous times and it has not helped me at all. I know it has helped others, but not me.Also there are no instructions about how to wear it. Yes, it goes on your wrist, but does it need to be tight or loose? Should it be placed in a certain spot for best application? No instructions, the pictures on the package do not even show an exact. Their website doesn't even mention it. I get it, you wear it on your wrist, but exact info would be best to make sure the product is used properly, it wasn't exactly cheap.

Works for my Elbow Pain
It works for eliminating my impact elbow pain from playing pickleball and golf. I just wish it was made with a better strap fastener. the thin plastic ones provided tend to break, thus the reason for buying more.

It works
It seems to reduce vibration transmitted to my wrist when mis***ting th ball. One thing I do not like is the velcro band. Because of the injury to my right hand/wrist, I started to play 2-handed lefty shots. The velcro band rubs on the ring finger of my left hand when hitting 2-handed lefty forehand. I often have to put a small tape on my left ring finger to prevent the rubbing. I think this shortcoming is only a problem for people wearing it on the non-dominant hand like me. If you are a right hander and wearing it on your right wrist, I don't think you will have the same issue as me.

I've had "golfer's elbow" for years, and tried sleeves, elastic bands, etc., etc. Nothing helped until this. It actually works. My only objection is that the frail connection area where the band spools through breaks easily (on all 3 that I store in two homes and three golf bags). However, I have glued them all back together awkwardly, but sufficiently to get all the benefits.

Helps tennis elbow
Don’t know why, but our whole tennis team wears these, and none of us have had tennis elbow in 3 years. Some of us had suffered from tennis elbow before, so really do feel it prevents it. I’ve had two now. Just wish it was a bit more durable, as the side bands which hold the strap in are just plastic, and break over time.

Tried and true. Best thing you can do for yourself is to get one!
Immediately resolved my tennis elbow, doing what ice, rest, ibuprofen and massage were unable to do. No twinges, shooting pain on slice backhands, just 100% normal feel. Wear the shock watch as a preventative now, but even when I forget, the muscles are healed and I can simoly play and enjoy a couple of hours of tennis doubles, hittting all the shots pain free.
