I fell for the advertising and wish I didn't. Took one in the morning and an hour later had severe abdominal pain and later diarrhea, never took the second one. I don't know if it would eventually go away or not, but am afraid to continue taking them. What a waste of money since it cannot be returned, even though on the Nucentrix website they have a money back guarantee but Amazon will not offer that option.
