I take this everywhere
I have the whole set of these but this small one is my favorite. It's easy to pack so I take it on all of my travels and there's one at my office, too. It helps me to flex my upper back and shoulders during long days of driving or hunching over the computer, alleviating various overuse pain. I've also found that using it regularly helps me to realign the bad posture I've developed from sticking my neck out all day while I drive or stare at the screen, so I can attest to its effectiveness. Aside from this tool, I also have multiple different rollers and stretching tools, but this one is still my favorite. I've had my original set for over 3 years now and it still works perfectly; these are made to last!

Great size and shape
I like the smaller size to really pinpoint sore areas. Great for my back and hips.

Four inches is enough!
I have suffered from c7-t1-t2 pain for 20 years. This little roller is the perfect size to get in there and help me feel “unstuck”. I’m going to buy the one with the knobs too. I have the larger set and the 6 inch wheel but this one is the best!
